We’ve Got Answers
What is VPN?
Do you keep any logs?
We do not store any logs.
Can I watch streaming services while using VPN?
Popular streaming services, such as Netflix, block our IP addresses and most likely won't work. Less popular streaming services might work, but we do not guarantee that.
How much will a VPN slow down my speed?
The impact on your speed depends on several factors, but typically, you can expect a slowdown of around 20–30%. To minimize this, always connect to the server closest to your location.
I’m getting a lot of CAPTCHAs
This happens because many users are sharing the same IP address. We do have some workarounds that might help.
Which operating systems do you support?
We support all major operating systems. Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS.
Google/YouTube shows wrong location when using VPN
Google determines your location not just by your IP address, but also by historical data tied to that IP. If many people from another country have used the same VPN server, Google might assume it belongs to that country instead. We cover this topic in more detail and provide workarounds on this page.
Does your VPN work in China, Russia, Egypt, Iran, UAE?
Yes. For countries that use DPI to block VPN connections, we provide censorship resistant protocols Shadowsocks, AmneziaWG, VLESS, VMess and TrojanGFW.
Do you offer a free trial?
No, but we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How to request a refund?
Open a ticket with the refund request. All refund requests are processed within 24 hours.
What payment options are available?
You can pay with Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Monero.
How to cancel subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time on billing page. After you cancel your subscription, you have access to VPN for the time you've paid for.
Do you allow P2P (BitTorrent)?
Yes, but we do restrict P2P in some locations. You can find more details by checking the server list on status page.
Do you have port forwarding?
Currently, we don’t provide port forwarding.
What is the difference between UDP and TCP?
TCP offers more stable connections as the protocol guarantees delivery of packets. UDP offers significantly greater speeds than TCP. For this reason, it is the preferred protocol when streaming or downloading.
Do you offer dedicated or residential IP’s?
No.
Do you have split tunneling?
Only for Stealth Proxies and clients which supports it.
Do you offer proxies?
Yes. We provide Stealth Proxy protocols Shadowsocks, VLESS, VMess and TrojanGFW. Notice that we don't have SOCKS5.
Do you offer browser plugins?
No.
Which protocols do you support?
We support two VPN protocols WireGuard and OpenVPN. In addition, we have four stealth proxy protocols Shadowsocks, VLESS, VMess and TrojanGFW. We also support AmneziaWG.
Do you provide kill-switch?
WireGuard provides kill-switch (blocking untunneled traffic) out of the box.
Where can I check server status?
You can check it on our status page.
